Electric Shock Drowning – The Silent Killer

The following resources provide information about the dangers of Electric Shock Drowning (ESD).  If you have any questions, please contact Ed Lethert at 612-670-9801 or elethert@gmail.com.

What is ESD?  It is a drowning resulting from paralysis caused by electrical currents in the water.  This happens when electricity that is installed around boats and docks leaks into the water.  This event has killed both humans and animals that have succumbed to ESD.   There are many ways in which you can prevent this from happening; one of which is to NOT ENTER WATER AROUND BOATS AND DOCKS USING ELECTRICAL POWER.
