Save the Lake Fall/Winter Solicitation Drive

I address this appeal to you who have demonstrated your passion for the treasure that is Lake Minnetonka.

Webster’s Dictionary defines stewardship as, “..the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one’s care.” Your contributions to the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District’s (LMCD) Save the Lake Fund confirms your ongoing commitment to the stewardship of the Lake. Contributions are needed to enhance vital programs that would otherwise not be considered. Recent examples include:

• Lighted Channel Buoys to Aid Navigation
• Boater Safety Education and Training
• Informational Electronic Signage to Keep Boaters Informed
• Enhanced Hennepin County Water Patrol Deputy Coverage

Save the Lake’s focus on a safe Minnetonka is in the best interests of all who use the Lake.

Please consider continuing your contributions that make valuable programs possible and support the continued stewardship of this great resource. Contributions can be made on line at https://lmcd.org/save-the-lake/ or by sending a check to “Save the Lake” at the LMCD office, 5341 Maywood Road, Suite 200, Mound, MN  55364.
