Per Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD) Code Section 5.425, the Executive Director is required to conduct a training session for watercraft for hire applicants for new and renewal intoxicating liquor, wine, or non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses. Location of Meeting: Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Water Patrol Headquarters (4141 Shoreline Drive, Spring Park, MN 55384).
Who Needs to Attend: Owner, manager, or an authorized representative for each charter boat company that has submitted a new or renewal intoxicating liquor, wine, or non-intoxicating malt liquor license application for the 2016 boating season. Important Note: The LMCD will not issue any 2016 licenses to your company unless you or an authorized representative from your company attends this meeting.
