Summer boating begins by taking the course and obtaining your MN DNR Watercraft Operator’s Permit. The Boating Safety Education Course is scheduled for June 10, 2019. Space is limited, so sign up now! Fees for youth are reimbursed upon request.
Adults and youths (ages 12 to 17 years old) work directly with presenters in obtaining their Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR) Watercraft Operator’s Permit. Insurance discounts may apply for adult certification. A parent/guardian is encouraged to attend with a youth to enhance the value of training. Expert instructors provide real-life experiences to add value to the training.
The course is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 2019 at 8:00am to 6pm at the Westonka Public Schools’ Education Service Center (Community Room), 5901 Sunnyfield Rd E, Minnetrista. A link to the registration form and more program highlights is provided below. Questions can be directed to the LMCD at 952-745-0789 or email@example.com.
