The Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD) is soliciting proposals for prosecuting attorney legal services from qualified law firms. Preference will be given to those submittals demonstrating experience in the areas of municipal and water resources law. Successful applicants shall possess sufficient resources to ensure that the demands for the LMCD’s legal needs will be met on a timely basis. The relationship would be on an annual consulting or contractual basis. View the full RFP.
